1. Purpose
This Communications Consent Policy explains how the Firm communicates with prospective clients, current clients, and other individuals who provide contact information to the Firm.
2. Consent to Communications
By providing your contact information and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive communications from the Firm by telephone, email, and SMS text message regarding:
- Consultation scheduling
- Appointment reminders
- Document requests
- Administrative notices
- Legal matter updates
- Client-service communications
Consent is not a condition of obtaining legal services.
3. SMS Communications
SMS communications are used solely for customer-care and client-service purposes. The Firm does not use SMS messaging for:
- Advertising
- Promotions
- Marketing campaigns
- Lead generation
- Solicitation
- Unsolicited commercial communications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt-Out Instructions

The Firm reserves the right to modify this Communications Consent Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
